Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven *Sales & Ground Marketing Executive* to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field marketing and sales, specifically in promoting and opening *Demat accounts, and selling **auto insurance, life insurance, and **mutual fund* products. You will play a critical role in customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue generation through direct, face-to-face interactions.

Conduct *on-ground marketing campaigns* to promote financial products such as Demat accounts, insurance policies, and mutual funds.

* Approach potential customers in *residential areas, corporate offices, educational institutions*, and public places.

* Generate leads and convert them into *active clients* by providing consultation on relevant financial products.

* Assist customers with the *documentation and onboarding process* for Demat accounts, insurance policies, and mutual funds.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as assigned by the sales manager.

* Educate customers on the *benefits and features* of various financial products to help them make informed decisions.

* Collaborate with the digital marketing and operations team for coordinated campaigns.

* Stay updated with *regulatory guidelines* and product knowledge in the financial and insurance sector.

*Key Requirements:*

* Minimum *1–5 years of experience* in field sales/ground marketing in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) sector.

* Proven track record in selling *Demat accounts, auto/life insurance, and mutual funds.*

* Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated with strong negotiation and client servicing abilities.

* Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet sales targets.

* Basic knowledge of *financial products and compliance requirements*.

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

* Certification in *NISM or IRDA* modules will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
