Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients for insurance and mutual funds.Channel Utilization: Employ various channels, including digital marketing, social media, referrals, and industry events, to generate and nurture leads.CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking, follow-up, and reporting.Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent communication, addressing inquiries, and scheduling consultations with sales representatives.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with our overall business objectives.Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, including lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance lead generation efforts.
Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and tools.Communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Any Graduate or a related field is preferred.
