Sales Lead CKM

POSITION PURPOSE:

We re redefining the future of healthcare empowering our teams, driving breakthrough innovation, and transforming lives that truly matter. Our leadership journey in the Cardio-Kidney Metabolic segment, we are seeking visionary Sales Leads to spearhead growth and excellence across South, West, and Central India.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the business plan profitably for the Region, by effectively designing and implementing BU business plan and sales strategy within stipulated budget and laid down framework of corporate compliance
  • Create, maintain and nurture an optimum distribution infrastructure to facilitate maximum reach and market share
  • Explore the diversification into new markets through development of innovative sales strategy & pre-empting the competition
  • Create high performing team through alignment around business strategy, sales effectiveness and corporate compliance
  • Develop future talent for the organization by effectively utilizing available resources and invest in coaching / mentoring of team
  • Develop strong relationship with Zonal Thought Leaders and drive belief status for the assigned portfolio
  • Nurture and leverage relationships with various professional forums and key decision makers
  • Prepare for effective launch of new assets and drive launch execution excellence.
  • Drive IMCM to enhance customer reach and engagement
  • Day to Day reporting and functioning of TBMs
  • Doctor list and Tour plan finalization and monitoring month on month
  • Brand level strategy execution, marketing budgets and activation plan
  • Monitoring Primary / Secondary / Tertiary for respective portfolios
  • Placing timely orders to SCM team for proper availability / inventory planning
  • Long range product portfolio plan for the country across brands
  • Closely work with regulatory on approvals and required support from Medical team at HO
  • Business case approval for launches and close working with finance for Annual P&L adherence.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Graduate in Science preferably Master s degree in Business Management.
  • 20+years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales with team management for at least 5 years in Second line Ledadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of Indian pharmaceutical market & govt. regulations.
  • Ability to design business plans and strategy at Regional level.
  • Successful New product launch and prior Diabetes Therapy Area experience will be an added advantage
  • Proven track record of leading a team towards strategy implementation and target achievements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office & Digital applications.
