Profile Description: A young and dynamic leader who will be working as a Sales Lead. The ideal candidate will be accountable for architecting growth, designing and executing sales strategies that push monetization, thereby propelling the startup forward. The right individual will wear many hats including building and training a team, forging customer relationships, and championing the company's vision in the market. Have a data driven mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, to shape the startup's future, creating a buzz and building momentum that sets us apart from competitors. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Creative pitches to help turn our startup's vision into an unforgettable tale that customers can't resist. Assemble a talented squad, train them to be well disciplined, natural storytellers and bold risktakers in the market. Focus on lead generation, data analytics and ensuring we have the correct pipeline for the right monetization. Strong adherence to Key Performance Index (KPI) matrix ensuring that focus is always on company goals with faster turnaround time (TAT) Focus on experiential selling techniques to immerse customers in our service, and thereby add them to our ecosystem. Be the face of Capslock Studio at events, networking communities, or trendsetting events. Showcase your creative DNA with bold ideas and disruptive campaigns. Be data and evidence-based management driven to ensure we have the correct sales strategy in place to achieve the necessary KPI. Research and be up to date with new technology or a trend in the market to be able to help us be better and more productive as we scale. We are a new start, hence the ideal candidate needs to be extremely hands on, creative, ready to move around and rock and roll as required. Work closely with the C-Suite team, (CEO & the COO) to help scale the startup's future. Basic Requirements Min 3 years of experience selling customised technology solutions & online platforms. A B.Tech Degree with a tech background (MBA Optional). Extremely fluent in English and Hindi with great conversational skills. Proficient in all MS Office applications, Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Should have their own device to work on since we do not sponsor devices at the moment. Great documentation skills. Pune/Bangalore based, however, should be ready to move around/travel wherever necessary. A ready to learn attitude - Open to multi-tasking at all times.
