Job Description

As part of your role at DealsInsight Sales Consulting Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for the following key activities: Proactively explore assigned territories to create awareness and promote DealsInsight’s services. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and resolve client concerns or objections effectively. Generate qualified leads through consistent networking, targeted outreach, and social media engagement. Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and technology needs to offer tailored solutions. Schedule and conduct qualified meetings between DealsInsight clients and their prospective customers, and deliver presentations as required. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through regular communication via in-person meetings, calls, and emails. Prepare and maintain accurate reports, sales updates, and financial data to track and review performance regularly. Conduct market and account research to keep prospects engaged with relevant information and insights. Achieve a set target of closed client accounts per month through effective lead management and deal closure. Operate across multiple industries and geographies to maximize market coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to drive business growth. Preferred Profile: Women with 0 – 2 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, business development, or inside sales (freshers with strong interest in sales may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both verbal and written. Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with business professionals, including senior executives and decision-makers. Strong interest in consultative sales, business development, and relationship management. Good research and analytical skills to understand client businesses, industries, and market trends. Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals with a solution-oriented approach. Comfortable working across industries, markets, and geographies. Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously. Knowledge or exposure to LinkedIn, CRM tools, lead generation platforms, or email outreach tools will be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or related field preferred. Based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai.
