Sales Internship

As an intern in this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in various tasks related to business development and sales within the FMCG or Beverage industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the hotel, restaurant, and catering (HORECA) sector. - Supporting sales activities by learning about key market trends and customer preferences. - Helping maintain and build relationships with various establishments to understand their product needs. - Strategizing long-term partnerships with high-value clients in collaboration with the team. - Shadowing experienced professionals to learn about distributor handling, negotiations, and network expansion. - Conducting market research to identify potential retail outlets and high-end locations for product positioning. - Participating in client meetings with elite restaurant and hotel chains to observe negotiation techniques and partnership strategies. - Maintaining reports on sales, stock levels, client interactions, and business performance. - Gaining hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentations. Soft skills required for this role: - Strong communication skills for engaging with distributors and sales professionals. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential business partners and clients. - Being a team player with a willingness to learn from experienced professionals. - Self-motivated and eager to explore business development strategies.
