Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainee position located in Nashik. The Sales Trainee will support sales initiatives by learning and executing effective strategies, building strong customer relationships, and participating in training programs. Key responsibilities include assisting with customer management, ensuring satisfaction, generating new leads, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. As a vital part of the team, the Sales Trainee will play a role in shaping customer-centric sales approaches to drive the growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Training techniques, with a focus on meeting targets and improving strategies
• Basic knowledge of Sales Management to assist in planning and executing sales operations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Eagerness to develop skills in sales and grow within the organization
