Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cafe Operations Manager located in Nashik. The Cafe Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for customers. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, monitoring inventory, and implementing promotional strategies. The manager will also be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Cafe/Restaurant Management, Food Safety, and Hygiene Standards
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Training skills
• Inventory Management and Coordination with Suppliers
• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Cost Control skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to implement promotional strategies and drive sales
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
