Role Overview:
The Sales Intern will be part of a dynamic sales team, focusing on sourcing potential clients and assisting in closing deals in the real estate mandate business. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to lead generation, client interaction, and deal closures, preparing individuals for a robust career in real estate sales

Key Responsibilities:


o Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, etc.) to source potential clients.
o Tap into new markets and expand the client base through strategic sourcing efforts.
o Generate leads via tele calling, networking, digital platforms, and events.
o Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to ensure a steady pipeline of quality leads.
o Conduct market surveys to understand client preferences and competitor offerings.
o Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and developer projects.
o Engage with leads to understand their requirements and preferences.
o Arrange site visits and provide property presentations to clients.
o Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms of sale to close deals.
o Coordinate with legal, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processes.
o Ensure proper follow-ups to finalize bookings.
o Maintain and update records in CRM software.
o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on sourcing and closures.

High level of energy, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Any Graduate in Sales & Marketing is preferred.

Location Flexibility:

Willingness to travel and work at project sites. (Thane & Central Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Western Mumbai and South Mumbai), Pune
