Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential corporate clients, event organizers, and group bookings.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for various events and partnerships.
  • Learn and utilize the hotel/restaurant's CRM system to manage client information and sales leads.
  • Participate in sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings (as appropriate and supervised).
  • Help track sales performance metrics and contribute to sales reports.
  • Assist with follow-up communications to prospective and existing clients.
  • Support the coordination of promotional events and open houses to showcase our facilities.

Marketing Support:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Support email marketing efforts, including drafting newsletters, promotional offers, and event announcements.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Help organize and execute in-house promotional events, themed nights, or special dining experiences.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, assisting with responses where appropriate.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and menus.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and contribute to reports on key metrics.

General Duties:

  • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor while representing the restaurant/hotel.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments, including operations, events, and culinary.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Sales & Marketing department.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the restaurant and/or hotel industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality setting is a plus.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or email marketing platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
