Sales Intern

About the role
Be the first face of Inkstall for parents and students. You’ll handle inbound leads, center walk-ins, school connects, and WhatsApp follow-ups—closing enrolments with empathy and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Call, WhatsApp, and meet leads; understand board/subject needs; schedule demos.
• Explain app features (Focus Mode, Paper Tracker) and center offerings clearly.
• Maintain CRM hygiene: notes, stages, follow-up tasks, daily reports.
• Support events/activations; collect testimonials and referrals.
• Coordinate with teachers/ops for trial classes and conversions.

Must-haves

• Clear spoken English + Hindi/Marathi; friendly, patient communicator.
• Comfortable on calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
• Organized and target-oriented; on-site availability (Mumbai).

Good-to-have

• Prior EdTech/counselling/retail sales exposure, basic Excel/Sheets.

KPIs

• Lead-to-demo rate, demo-to-enrolment rate, TAT on follow-ups, NPS/feedback.
