Location - Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Delhi


We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our Hyperlocal Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth in the hyperlocal delivery segment (e.g., food, grocery, pharmacy, retail, etc.).



Key Responsibilities -

  • Identify and onboard new business clients across various hyperlocal categories
  • Pitch logistics solutions to local retailers, restaurants, pharmacies, and other SMBs
  • Build strong client relationships to retain and upsell services
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates


Requirements -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4+years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or delivery services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong local market knowledge and customer network
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and team player
  • Fluency in local language(s) is a plus
