Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vertical Head - Watch & Accessories at WINK LIFESTYLES PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Mumbai. The Vertical Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the watch and accessories division, including managing product development, sourcing, pricing, and inventory. This role will also involve coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Vertical Head will be expected to lead a team, set goals, and drive sales performance.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills
Experience in product development, sourcing, and inventory management
Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and drive sales performance
Knowledge of the watch and accessories industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
