We are a leading kids Smartwatch & Watch brand based at Mumbai. The brand is present in almost all the marketplaces & have strong Distribution Chanel PAN india.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a National Sales Manager (NSM) - Watch & Accessories at WINK LIFESTYLES PRIVATE LIMITED. The day-to-day tasks include managing and driving sales teams to achieve targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with marketing and product teams.

Must Have Skills

Proven experience in creating distribution chanel, sales management, team leadership, and client relationship management
Strategic planning and market analysis skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in the watch and accessories industry is must
