Role Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned sales leader to head our staffing business expansion
in the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in
business development, team leadership, and client acquisition in the staffing
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business development initiatives across the Middle East region.
• Build strong client relationships and generate new accounts.
• Develop and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Coordinate closely with delivery teams for successful onboarding.
• Meet revenue goals and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
• 1215 years in staffing industry sales, with exposure to the Middle
East market.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and building client
relationships.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
