Role Summary:
TUFCON is looking for a seasoned Sales Head to lead and expand our presence in the North Bihar & South Bihar zone. The ideal candidate should have strong dealer network management experience in the TMT/steel industry and proven leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales operations across North Bihar & South Bihar.
Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks.
Supervise and motivate the zonal sales team.
Drive target achievements and ensure collection efficiency.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
* Candidate Requirements:
1. 8–12 years in steel/TMT sales.
2. Solid knowledge of the North Bihar & South Bihar market.
3. Graduate (MBA preferred).
4. Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills.
5. Willingness to travel across the zone.
