• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print platforms (e.g., social media posts, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements).
• Create and maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, including logos, stationery, and packaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual designs.
• Edit and retouch images, prepare artwork for production, and ensure final deliverables meet technical and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies to ensure smooth execution of print and promotional materials.
• Candidate Requirements:
• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creative range.
• Solid understanding of layouts, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to take feedback and translate ideas into effective visual content.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
