Sales Head

Role Overview: As the Center Sales Head at Skytech Aviation Pvt. Ltd., your main responsibility will be managing the overall sales and revenue performance of the Raipur training center. This includes leading the counselling and telecalling team, ensuring monthly admission targets are met, and maintaining high conversion and retention rates. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the sales and counselling team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. - Plan and implement local marketing, promotional, and lead generation activities. - Efficiently handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries to ensure maximum conversions. - Monitor team performance, maintain daily reports, and enforce sales discipline. - Coordinate with Head Office for sales strategy, training updates, and center operations. - Maintain excellent communication with students to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset. - Experience in counselling, inside sales, or the education/training sector preferred. - Ability to manage teams and deliver consistent results under deadlines.
