Role & responsibilities 1. Candidate shall be responsible for PAN India sales of Euthalia's Antimpatto technology lightning prevention systems to institutional customers, MNCs, and sectors such as infrastructure, oil and gas, defence, and telecommunications. 2. Should have prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Regional Business Development, Project Engineering, Execution, and Maintenance of lightning protection/prevention/arresting systems. 3. Service current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services. Marketing for Products. 4. Communicate and work with other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns. 5. Candidate should be capable of creating and leading their own Sales Teams. 6. To coordinate with the installation/tech team for Installation, operation, inspection, troubleshooting , maintenance, and tests for the Antimpatto technology lightning prevention systems, ensuring optimal performance. 7. Maintaining complete, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation related to product installations and customer interactions. 8. Any other tasks assigned by the management. Skills Required: 1. Should be Computer savvy, with reasonable training in Microsoft applications like Word, Powerpoint, outlook etc. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3. Strong understanding of lightning protection systems, including surge protection, electrical grounding, and atmospheric control, with the ability to adapt Antimpatto technology to clients in sectors like infrastructure, oil and gas, defence, and large manufacturing. 4. Having relationship with distributers/dealer of similar products. 5. Experience in working with or for lightning arrestor companies. * Candidates should have experience in Lightning Protection System (Thunderstorm lightning)*
