Job Title: Sales Head – Schiffli Embroidery Division

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Schiffli Embroidery Division. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of proven experience in Schiffli embroidery sales with strong expertise in Pan-India sales operations, client management, and market development. The role requires an experienced leader who can drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales operations of the Schiffli embroidery division across India.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with fashion brands, exporters, garment manufacturers, and wholesalers.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop a robust client network and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
  • Lead a team of regional sales managers, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams to deliver client-specific embroidery solutions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business analysis for senior management.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Schiffli embroidery sales.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of embroidery fabric/textile markets and buyer behavior across India.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in Pan-India sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Textile, Fashion, or Business Management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across India.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Salary: As per Industry Standards
Reporting To: Director / CEO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
