What You'll Do

Sell software services and other custom solutions to U.S. and North Indian clients
Own the sales cycle end-to-endfrom prospecting to closing
Pitch our manufacturing software solutions to mid-sized and enterprise-level businesses
Develop strong client relationships in the U.S. and India
Manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and work closely with delivery and product teams
Travel internationally when required (valid U.S. visa required)

You're a Fit If You

Have 15+ years of sales experience in software services or manufacturing IT solutions
Have a successful track record of selling to U.S. and Indian clients
Understand the dynamics of remote international sales and client engagement
Have experience in B2B consultative selling, especially in software
Hold a valid U.S. B1/B2 visa and have traveled or worked in the U.S.
Are confident in client meetings, demos, follow-ups, and closing deals independently
Are based in India and open to working flexible hours aligned to U.S. time zones
