Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and drive the sales strategy for our Switchgear and MCB product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, building strong distributor and dealer networks, and developing key customer relationships. This role requires in-depth industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in electrical product sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients. Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends. Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotional activities and product launches. Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.
