Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients. Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends. Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotional activities and product launches. Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.
