Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented On-Field Salesman to expand our market presence. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with potential clients, and appointing distributors in various regions. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential markets to identify and generate new sales opportunities. Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territories. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and distributors to ensure business growth. Gather market insights and report competitor activities. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of on-field sales experience (preferably in electrical/cable or FMCG industry). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. Willingness to travel extensively across regions. Location: Multiple regions
