As a Sales Manager in the Genset industry or allied products, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets. Your key focus will be to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while building strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. You will also oversee pricing, negotiations, and contracts to drive profitability and ensure the business remains competitive in the market. To excel in this role, you should possess 10-15 years of sales experience in the Genset industry or allied products. Strong leadership and business development skills are essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities. Additionally, a willingness to travel as needed is required to meet the demands of the role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, where you will be able to directly engage with clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive the business forward.,
