The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and implementing robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, building relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, analyzing sales data to inform decision-making, and collaborating with other departments to align business strategies. The Sales Head will also be responsible for setting sales targets and ensuring their successful achievement through effective planning and execution. Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, and strategic planning Extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in digital health platforms and related technologies Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market trends Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Experience in AI-driven solutions and cloud-based technologies is a plus Show more Show less
