Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify high-growth market segments and potential clients.

Team Leadership

Build, lead, and mentor the sales team.
Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize team output.

Client Acquisition

Prospect and close new business opportunities in B2B marketing services.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Relationship Management

Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning agency services to deliver value.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, creative, and delivery teams to align on pitch strategy and execution.
Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service innovation, and expansion strategy.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Proven experience (7+ years) in sales leadership roles within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency.
Strong understanding of marketing services including digital, branding, performance, content, etc.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
