Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the region.
    • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
    • Set clear, measurable sales targets and work towards achieving and exceeding them.
    • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance team, ensuring strong collaboration and accountability.
    • Provide coaching, training, and career development support to build the capabilities of the sales team.
    • Create a culture of excellence, innovation, and ownership within the sales function.
  • Business Development & Market Penetration:

    • Identify and expand new business opportunities in both traditional and modern trade channels.
    • Strengthen existing relationships with key distributors, customers, and business partners to drive long-term growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure a seamless market presence.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Drive the execution of sales and business development plans, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
    • Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns and ensure maximum visibility and brand penetration.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance market share and brand awareness in the region.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Continuously track and report on the sales performance, providing actionable insights for senior management.
    • Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, identify areas for improvement, and optimize performance.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports, ensuring adherence to company financial goals.
  • Sales & Business Acumen:

    Deep understanding of FMCG markets, consumer trends, and sales strategies.
