Sales Head

Location: Mumbai

Experience or interest in AI and cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Pipeline Development:

  Prospect, qualify, and manage enterprise opportunities across BFSI, IT/ITeS industries.

• Consultative Selling:

  Engage with customers on AI, security, and compliance challenges.

• Full-Cycle Sales:

  Drive sales from first meeting to signed contract, coordinating with Sales Engineers for technical alignment.

• Customer Engagement:

  Deliver presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase capabilities.

• Proposal & Negotiation:

  Handle RFPs, pricing proposals, and contracts to successful closure.

• Collaboration:

  Partner with global sales leadership to align territory goals with company objectives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in enterprise software sales, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or AI security solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex B2B consultative sales.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, AI adoption, and security compliance (ISO 42001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDP).
• Skilled in selling to CxOs, CISOs, CIOs, and IT/security decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
