Job Title: Sales Head Location: Hyderabad Job Summary: The Telesales Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire telesales department, ensuring the achievement of lead conversion and sales targets through effective strategy, team leadership, and performance management. The role requires strong sales acumen, team-building skills, and experience in managing large call center operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic telesales plans to meet business goals and revenue targets. Lead, supervise, and mentor the telesales team to ensure optimal performance. Design call scripts, workflows, and training programs for team efficiency. Monitor daily calls, lead follow-ups, and conversion ratios. Drive CRM usage and ensure all data is accurately recorded and updated. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align on campaign goals and feedback loops. Track and report key performance metrics (calls made, leads generated, conversion rates, etc.). Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews. Handle escalated customer issues or objections when needed. Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in telesales operations.
