Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic sales team.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn about the logistics industry, develop client relationships, and contribute to business growth. This role offers an excellent platform to build a career in sales and business development within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking.

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.

Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly to build strong relationships.

Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions.

Maintain proper documentation and update CRM or sales records.

Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with strong communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.

Good command over English and local languages.

Basic understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain concepts (preferred but not mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
