Job Description

As a Sales & Business Development Manager, your role involves identifying and pursuing new franchise sales opportunities in target markets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expansion goals. Your tasks will include negotiating franchise agreements and terms in line with company policies, as well as conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business gaps. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new franchise sales opportunities in target markets. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and expansion goals. - Negotiate franchise agreements and terms in line with company policies. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business gaps. In terms of Franchise Management, you will be expected to onboard and train new franchise partners, ensuring they have a full understanding of brand guidelines, operational standards, and compliance requirements. Providing ongoing operational and marketing support to franchisees to drive sales and customer satisfaction will also be a key part of your role. Monitoring franchise performance and implementing improvement plans where necessary, as well as acting as the main point of contact between corporate management and franchise owners, are essential responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support both sales and franchise growth. Ensuring consistent brand representation across all franchise outlets and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and franchise expos will be part of your Marketing & Brand Development duties. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, business development, or franchise management. - Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills. - Excellent understanding of franchise models, legal requirements, and operational processes. - Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and visit franchise locations. - Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, requiring in-person work. As an additional benefit, the company offers Provident Fund to its employees.,
