Role Overview: As a Franchise Calling Team Member at Footprint, your primary responsibility will be to expand the franchise network by conducting outbound calls to potential franchisees. You will play a crucial role in providing information about franchise opportunities, guiding interested individuals through the acquisition process, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets for franchise acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential franchisees to introduce them to Footprint's franchise opportunities. - Qualify leads by assessing their interest, financial capability, and suitability for the franchise model. - Provide detailed information about the franchise program including investment requirements, training, support, and benefits. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential franchisees in the CRM system. - Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for interested prospects with the Franchise Acquisition Manager. - Respond to inquiries from potential franchisees promptly and professionally. - Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for franchise acquisition. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferably in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, especially in the education or franchise sector. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive. - Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally. - Proficient in using CRM software and Excel. - Knowledge of the preschool industry and franchise operations is a plus. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Positive attitude and a passion for the role.
