SALES FIELD ASSISTANT

As a Sales Field Assistant, your role involves generating leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. You will be responsible for promoting landscaping & garden care services to residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Additionally, you will assist in client meetings, service presentations, and follow-ups while building strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Supporting senior sales executives in negotiations and proposals, as well as maintaining accurate data of leads, client visits, and sales reports are key responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate between clients and the operations team for smooth service delivery and achieve assigned sales/field visit targets. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred). - Experience in sales/field marketing (preferred, freshers can also apply). - Good communication & convincing skills. - Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude. - Willingness to travel locally for client visits. - Basic knowledge of gardening/landscaping (added advantage). In terms of eligibility and skills, you should possess at least a 10+2 qualification, with graduates being preferred. Experience in sales or field marketing is advantageous, although freshers are welcome to apply.
