Job Title: Sales Expense MIS Executive

Department: Administration Reporting To: Admin Manager

Location : Morbi, Gujarat

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparation of Sales MIS reports, checking and verifying sales persons’ expenses, tracking expenses against budgets, and maintaining accurate records for management review.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Expense MIS Preparation

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Sales Expense MIS reports

· Compile sales expense data from salespersons and branches

· Analyze sales expenses

· Maintain accurate sales expense databases and dashboards

· Share MIS reports with management within defined timelines

Sales Persons Expense Checking

· Verify salespersons’ expense claims as per company policy

· Check supporting bills, vouchers, and approvals

· Identify discrepancies, excess claims, or policy violations

· Coordinate with sales team for corrections and clarifications

Expense Tracking & Reporting

· Track sales expenses category-wise and person-wise

· Prepare expense MIS reports and summaries

· Monitor expenses against approved budgets

· Support finance team during audits and reconciliations

Coordination & Compliance

· Coordinate with sales, hr, accounts, and finance departments

· Ensure adherence to company expense policies

· Maintain proper documentation and records

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

· Basic understanding of sales processes and expense control

· Good analytical and numerical skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience:

· Graduate in Commerce / Business (preferred)

· 2–4 years of experience in Sales MIS or Expense Management in Ceramic Industry

· Experience in handling field sales expense reports is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
