Description We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is suited for individuals with 0-5 years of experience who are eager to learn and contribute to our success. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
