Sales Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new customers through market visits, referrals, exhibitions, and cold calls
• Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on leads

2. Customer Management

• Manage assigned key and regular customers
• Understand customer requirements, specifications, and commercial expectations
• Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business
• Handle basic customer queries, complaints, and coordination for resolution

3. Coordination & Order Processing

• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, QA, Dispatch, Accounts)
• Ensure timely sharing of specifications, artworks, and approvals
• Follow up on order execution, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines
• Support collection follow-ups as per company policy

4. Market Intelligence

• Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements
• Share regular market feedback with the Sales Manager
• Identify opportunities for new products or segments

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily / weekly sales reports
• Maintain CRM or sales tracking records
• Ensure proper documentation for quotations, orders, and client communication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
