Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances . Ensure timely filing of returns and liaise with auditors, banks, and tax authorities. Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting processes. Train and mentor junior accountants in the team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. CA / CMA (Inter or Final) preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 4–7 years of accounting experience , with at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel . Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
