Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be the voice of Zooq Films — building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting creative solutions that make brands shine.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and production teams to drive business growth, close deals, and create strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients via LinkedIn, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Present Zooq Films’ services confidently and persuasively in fluent English.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and presentations.
• Prepare custom quotations, proposals, and sales decks with creative accuracy.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a professional, relationship-driven approach.
• Track leads, maintain CRM or Excel reports, and update weekly sales performance.
• Collaborate with the creative, production, and digital marketing teams to align strategies.
• Handle communication professionally through emails, WhatsApp, and client calls.
• Represent Zooq Films at meetings, presentations, and networking events.
• Contribute innovative ideas to help improve sales strategy and brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication is a must.
• Strong confidence in client calls, video meetings, and in-person interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client servicing (preferably in creative/media agencies).
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple clients with attention to detail.
