Job Title: Assistant Farm Supervisor Location: [Madurai] Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000/month + Petrol Allowance Bike: Mandatory (Candidate must use own bike) About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and committed Assistant Farm Supervisor to join our farm team. The ideal candidate will come from an agricultural background and will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of the farm and farm workers, along with ensuring proper care and maintenance of all plants and crops. Key Responsibilities: Supervise farm workers and daily farming operations Monitor the health and growth of plants and crops Decide and implement the right time and quantity for watering Apply fertilizers and nutrients as per the plant’s needs Maintain plant records and schedule for fertilization and nutrition Determine the right time for harvesting plants and fruits Ensure timely completion of farming tasks and maintain farm hygiene Report issues and provide updates to the senior farm supervisor Candidate Requirements: Educational Qualification: Must have completed B.Sc.
