Sales AssociateExperience: 1-3 YearsLocation: Ahmedabad, Work from Office Salary: 4.5 - 5 LPA 5 days 9:30AM - 6:30 PM Flexibility to travel across the country to meet Partners, Customers and Prospects Job Responsibilities:As a Sales Associate/Sales Engineer/Sales Executive, the key responsibilities will be: Develop and implement effective sales strategiesLead the nationwide Partner Sales team and empower them to achieve Sales TargetsEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsNegotiate and close agreements with large customersPerform research and identify new potential partners, customers and new marketopportunitiesProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needsLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistencyEffectively communicate with inbound leads and outbound cold calling to highly qualified leads.Working directly with network partners to convert qualified sales leads into customers.Should be well-versed in CRM(Salesforce) and documentation.Support Partner and Customers with relevant support in the form of calls, meetings anddocumentation required to close a sale.Education/Experience Job Requirements:A successful candidate must : Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering OR possess knowledge and zeal to learn about IoT& Air Chemistry.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Relationship Management.Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across levels withinternal and external partners, including senior executives on both sides.Strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within a team, with business partners, withcross-functional teams and with partners.Result-oriented with demonstrated ability to independently achieve goals.Possess the discipline of proactively managing the partner relationship in a coordinated manner todrive the maximum value out of the relationship.Willingness to adapt to the business environment and learn business practices based ongeography.
