Job Description – Sales Executive


Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years Industry: IT Services | SaaS Products | Cloud Solutions | e-commerce




About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, lead qualification, and relationship building. You will drive both B2B and B2C sales, promote our IT services and SaaS products, and work closely with the marketing team to enhance visibility through SEO, SEM, and CRM tools.



Key Responsibilities


· Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, inside sales, and networking.


· Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.


· Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in B2B and B2C sectors.


· Promote SaaS products, IT services, Cloud, and eCommerce solutions to targeted clients.


· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, and digital campaigns for lead generation.


· Update and maintain accurate data in CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.


· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.


· Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demos to clients.

Requirements


· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.


· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B/B2C sales, or IT/SaaS product sales.


· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


· Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, lead generation platforms).


· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
