FreightAlif.com is a fast-growing online Global Business Platform designed for Exporters, Importers, and Logisticians. Our mission is to make international trade and logistics simple, efficient, and accessible for everyone through our digital modules including Export, Import, and Logistics solutions. Exporters can upload their Export Products after unlocking Export Module. Importers can directly purchase from these exporters. Whereas Importers will be able to upload their Import Product requirements after unlocking Import Module. Exporters can search these importers via Search Module.


Freight Forwarders/Shipping Lines/Logistics companies can unlock FCL Module to upload FCL Ocean Freight and sell directly to the required customers. They can also unlock LCL Module, Air Freight Module, Road Transport Rate Module and other similar types of Modules.


All these modules needs to be unlocked by Credits and the Sales Executives will be responsible for the Sales of these Credits via Unique Coupon Code given to them. For each sale, commission will be provided to the Sales Executive after tracking the Coupon Codes given to them.

Role Overview


We are looking for self-driven Sales Executives who can generate sales online through networking or tele-marketing or via emails. Your job is to reach out to Exporters, Importers, and Logisticians, get them registered on FreightAlif.com and make them upload their Company KYC documents for verification, and purchase credits to unlock our premium modules via unique Coupon Codes given to each Sales Executive.


Role Description


This is a full-time Work from Home only role located in India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets/revenues or a minimum of at least 5 sales per month. The role includes preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with business goals. Weekly sales reports have to be emailed to the Sales Management Team regularly.


Requirements


  • A PC or Laptop with Internet access
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to network and sell online
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented


Compensation


  • Commission Only: Earn attractive commissions per sale.
  • Monthly Salary: Provided only if you achieve a minimum of 5 sales per month.
  • If less than 5 sales, you will receive commission per sale only — no fixed salary.


Your Responsibilities


  • Connect with potential clients (from Home only such as Exporters, Importers, Logisticians)
  • Explain FreightAlif.com benefits and modules
  • Close sales and ensure clients purchase credits via coupon code given
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for fixed salary


Qualifications


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or freight industry is a plus
