Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bhopal.
• The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
• The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and attending industry events to network and promote the company’s services.

Key Responsiblities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored business solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support business development initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Market Research and Sales Reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the financial consulting industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
