Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, establishing communication with potential clients, and maintaining excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting in business development, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.

Please note: This position requires a full-time commitment to work from our Hyderabad office, and the candidate should be able to start immediately. The monthly compensation for this role would be up to ?25,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the sales CRM and pipeline reports.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Research and identify new business opportunities within the solar and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) sector.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams for project handovers.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in renewable energy or B2B sectors)
• Excellent Communication skills
• A basic understanding of the solar energy industry and the C&I market is strongly preferred
• Proven track record in business development or sales roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to grow in the clean energy space
