Job Description

Real Estate, Commercial Sales, Residential Sales, Customer Handling, Area Knowledge Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Handle client inquiries, explain project details, and guide them through the buying process. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat and referral business. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow up with potential buyers. Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client records. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree 1 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or similar customer-facing roles. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
