Job Description

Sales Executive   Job Title: Sales Executive. Location: Bhubaneswar. Industry: Suppler of high-end doors, wardrobe, Shutter and veneer.  Department: Sales and marketing. Reports to: Sales Head.   Job Summary:   The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of products including doors, wardrobes, shutters and veneer. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The daily activity should be meet new customer, Architect and other related Clint for new business development.   Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company’s products (doors, wardrobes, shutters and veneer etc.). Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities to expand sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and direct customers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Provide product demonstrations and technical knowledge support to customers. Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for timely delivery of products. Ensure post-sales customer service, handle queries, and resolve complaints effectively. Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities when required. Maintain proper records of sales activities, daily visits, leads, and reports for management review.   Key Skills & Competencies:   Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of building materials, interiors, or construction-related products. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.   Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred). 3–5 years of experience in sales of building materials, interior products, or related industries. Existing network with architects, builders, contractors, or interior designers will be an added advantage. The candidate may also apply who has expose in cement, paint, steel and other house construction product will be preferable.   Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Incentives/Commissions based on performance.
