Job Description

Join our Networks Team as a Sales Telecaller, where you'll play a crucial role in reaching out to hospitals and diagnostic centers to showcase Visit Health's services. Your tasks will include engaging with internal teams, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining active communication with external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to healthcare facilities to introduce Visit Health's services. - Highlight the advantages of collaborating with Visit Health and facilitate partnerships. - Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and outcomes. - Gather information about healthcare providers and assist in the onboarding process. - Address partner inquiries and coordinate with various teams for successful collaborations. - Meet set targets for calls and partnerships. - Demonstrate professionalism and in-depth product knowledge. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience of 6 months to 2 years in telecalling/sales/customer service, preferably in healthcare or B2B sectors. - Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages. - Ability to handle challenges positively and persistently. - Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and call tracking systems. - Strong integrity, self-motivation, and independence.
