We connect users to the finest venues for weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and destination celebrations. Our mission is to simplify event planning through technology, transparency, and trusted partnerships.



Key Responsibilities:

• Venue Onboarding & Partner Acquisition:

Identify and onboard new wedding venues, banquets, hotels, farmhouses, and party lawns across Delhi-NCR and other strategic locations.

• Sales & Lead Conversion:

Manage incoming leads from digital channels (website, SEO, paid ads) and convert them into confirmed bookings by offering the right venue solutions.

• Client Consultation & Coordination:

Interact with customers to understand their event needs and budgets, provide expert venue recommendations, and coordinate site visits or virtual tours.

• Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with venue partners and ensure high satisfaction levels by acting as a trusted liaison.

• Revenue Target Achievement:

Meet weekly/monthly KPIs in terms of new partner signups, confirmed bookings, and overall revenue generation.

• CRM & Reporting:

Maintain updated records in the internal CRM system, track daily activities, and share timely reports with the reporting manager.

• Market Intelligence:

Stay updated with competitor platforms such as WeddingWire, VenueLook, and VenueMonk to adapt winning strategies and deliver competitive offerings.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hotel Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, weddings, or tech platforms.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong networking ability with local vendors, venues, and planners.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle high-pressure environments.

• Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, and digital communication tools is preferred.
