Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Valaji Pharma Chem, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and managing the sales process to meet assigned targets. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, preparing effective sales plans, providing exceptional customer service, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in representing the company and its high-quality pharmaceutical products to new and existing clientele. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth - Prepare and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction - Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and address customer needs Qualification Required: - Sales and marketing expertise, including market analysis, customer acquisition, and relationship management - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients - Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including excipients and APIs, and their regulatory standards - Proficiency in record keeping, reporting sales metrics, and working with CRM tools - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets - Proficiency in local languages and/or English is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred - Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related industries is highly desirable,
